Although I still two years to finish my career we will never stop being students. I think a professional career like that requires constant training and learning even finished the studies in university. I would like to do a doctorate of pharmacology which has objective train researchers with a solid conceptual base in pharmacology, capable of conducting research. The doctor or people with magister have a higher salary compared with people don't have. also this people help in the country development and Chile has a lot potential to to be a country that stands out in terms of science and tecnology. Lately had created the Ministry of Science, Technology, Knowledge and Innovation and this a good new to try regularize the situation we live in terms of competitive funds to do research. Also in the 2017 new pharmaceutical specialties were decreed like Clinical Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy, Clinical Laboratory, Public Health and Forensic Laboratory if some one is interested. M...

I would like to work in a hospital and be a clinical pharmaceutical because it is the ideal place where you can apply more deeply what you have learned in college, I'm interesed work with a health team were can optimize the use of medications, emphasizing dosing, monitoring, identification of adverse effects, and economic efficiency to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Recently, clinical pharmaceuticals have had more space in hospitals, clinicals, etc, and there are plan of studies in different universities focused on this, which is very important because is already regulated by law. With a ideal pharmaceutical care like in other countries, self-medication level can be decreased. Although  this is what  I want to work once I have a graduated. Today I want to talk for an a contemplative practice such as meditation, a strategy to improve health and reduce stress. In this culture and country that we are immerse, stress and anxiety are very common and considering ultimate news, Chile as a high levels of mental diseases like depression comparing with the rest of Latin America. Also considering the high price of health in this country, is difficult to many people cost the price of the psychologist, psychiatrist and the medication to treatment. Is very important prevent risk behaviors and to cope with everyday problems in a health way. Contemplative practices can empower people who are disadvantaged, marginalized, or under resourced to respond to the stresses that surround them in ways that serve their spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical health needs like immune system.  Exists different types of meditation, but the most common consist in find a quiet place, sit down, close your eyes and focus on the breathing....

In the summer of 2017 with my cousins, we went to Miami for two weeks. I was every day on the beach sunbathing and drinking a lot, also we bathe in the calypso sea until night. The city is characterized for having many waterfront parks where you can play sports like cycling, skate or only walk under the sun and I really love that. We met new friends in the hotel with who we went to the city, to different restaurants to eat delicious vegetarian food, pubs to follow drinking, and discotheque to dance a lot, we had a great time. For me, one of the best places is the botanical garden where you connect with nature in the middle of the city, and the Wynwood walls where are street murals with amazing graffitis of different artists in the world. It was an unforgettable experience because I enjoyed any time there with my cousins and friends and  I felt fullness in the city it always is on holidays. I hope to come back soon.

The pharmacist is a professional of health who cares about of medication of the people, is responsible for the storage, dispensation, distribution, and everything related to the drugs. On the other side also takes care of security for the population, avoiding the auto medication and the irrational use of drugs in other things. The responsibility of this profession is large because we have the life of others in our hand and any mistakes can be fatal. A pharmacy is a sanitary enclosure and is a place where a pharmacist especially works but there are many places like hospital,  laboratory, drugstore, research centers, cosmetic industry, etc. For me, the most important things are "drugs are not a consumer product" as everyone thinks, I chose this career because we have social responsibility and tools to educate the population with an ethical sense helps the public health.  However, there are negative things like everything in this life, one of them is the difficulty ...

Hello! This is the last post on this blog, and this experience was a little difficult for me because in the first post it was difficult to start writing and more difficult in English. I have never taken the importance of English as it should, but throughout this semester, I realized what is necessary for our professional training. I think I have improved my writing in English because of the blogs and activities we have done for other subjects, but I still have a long way to improve my English. The truth is that I do not dislike the idea of creating a blog as it is a dynamic and easy way to practice our English. We can freely write and personalize our blogs. Write about topics related to our career, our tastes, although I lack an entry related to what we would like to do if we had the facility, to travel, to study something with relation art, an endless themes we can write.
